Thanks to the unique properties of the tube system, the mast can be operated dynamically while the vehicle is in motion at high operating speeds.
Optimized thermomechanical properties significantly reduce susceptibility to conditions such as mast icing.
The tubes are made using axial winding technology with optimized thermomechanical properties. High rigidity and strength significantly enhance operational characteristics. The flanges between the tubes do not lock; the tubes "hang" on a cable and are equipped with a pin to prevent rotation.
Composite material construction through our automated AFL process achieves double the axial rigidity at a quarter of the weight.
The unique tube system allows the mast to operate dynamically while the vehicle is in motion at high speeds as per customer requirements.
The winch uses a single cable for lifting and lowering. A spring system dampens vibrations transmitted to the lifted device and mechanically limits maximum load states, eliminating the need for drive current protection.
